College Showcase Travel Info

Hotel Partners 2017

Thank you for your interest and participation in Legends College Showcase 2017.

In order to ensure adequate lodging for teams traveling to our tournament we have worked with all of the local hotels to reserve blocks of rooms at reasonable rates for our participating teams. ALL Legends Showcase TRAVELING TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY AT TOURNAMENT HOTELS.

 

The Legends College Showcase has established the following 2017 hotel procedures:

1.     ONCE YOUR TEAM IS ACCEPTED into the Legends College Showcase contact the hotel of your choice from the list below. Call the hotel directly using the phone number from the list; do not use reservation services or hotel chain reservation numbers. If indicated, ask for the contact from this list by name.

2.     Make your reservations. Be sure and mention Legends College Showcase and ask for the Legends College Showcase tournament rate.

3.     The hotel will finalize your reservation and complete all arrangements including deposits, rooming list, and payment arrangements. Please note the hotels all have different cancellation, deposit, and reservation requirements, be sure you understand their policies prior to booking.

4.     Send an email to our Hotel and Travel Coordinator at chris.ramirez@legendsfc.net

  when your reservations are complete. Please provide the following information:

  • Team Name
  • Age Group
  • Administrative Contact person and e-mail address
  • Name of hotel where you will be staying
  • Number of rooms you have booked

If your team will not require housing, we ask that you submit an e-mail with that information to the Hotel and Travel Coordinator. This information must be provided and is considered part of your tournament application. For questions about Hotels please contact: chris.ramirez@legendsfc.net
