REGISTER PLAYER
REQUIRED ITEMS TO REGISTER A PLAYER:
 
You must bring the following items or your registration cannot be processed and your participation with the team may be delayed.
Please do NOT submit incomplete registration packets or the registration will be delayed.
Registration is by invitation only to the competitive Legends FC teams.

Must be signed.
Membership Financial Agreement Available at LFC office. Must be signed.
Player Parent Agreement Available at LFC office.
3 Player Photos Must be size of drivers license photos. Place in envelope with players name
Birth Certificate
We need the original & 2 copies. We will not have a copy machine available.
Deposit
Initial Deposit = $300 for U9 & U10
Initial Deposit = $400 for U11 & older
Methods of Payment: Money order, check (player name on memo), cash.
No online or credit-card payments will be accepted for initial deposit.
There is a 5% discount for payment in full (total player fees for year.)
