TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION – CHECK-IN:

Tournament Registration/Check-In will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017, from 10:00 a.m – 7:30 p.m.  Check-in will be conducted at the Legends FC office located at 13851 Roswell Ave., Suite E, Chino, CA (Google Map).  Check in does not have to be completed by the team manager.  It may be completed by anyone from the team or another team in your club.

In order to expedite the registration process, please make sure that you come prepared with player ID cards and medical release forms for every rostered player.  Birth certificates will only be verified to the extent there is any discrepancy between the player ID cards and medical release forms.  Players without proper credentials will be ineligible to participate.  Please organize your ID cards and release forms in JERSEY NUMBER order.  This will also expedite the process.

Also, PLEASE CHECK AND UPDATE YOUR ROSTER NO LATER THAN TUESDAY EVENING.  Cards will be printed on Wednesday morning.  Although players may be added up until Friday evening, it will have to be completed manually if they are not entered into the Got Soccer system by Tuesday evening.
