WINTER ACADEMY ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

 

1) I filled out the form but did not submit payment.  How do I pay?

If you complete the form and do not submit payment at the same time, the form is deleted. You will need to fill out the form again.

 

2) I have 2 or more players. Must I complete more than 1 registration?

YES! You must complete a separate registration and payment for each player. For mail-in registrations you can write 1 check for all players in your family. For online payment, you must submit each payment and registration separately. Remember to call and ask us for the discount code. You will save $20. 

 

3) The submit button does not show up.

If you filled out the online form and made an error, hit your BACK button on your browser, correct the error, then the submit button should show-up.  Other Options: Try refreshing your screen. Try a different computer.

 

4) Will I get a receipt? Will I get a confirmation?

Yes, Google will send a payment receipt to your email address. The payment receipt IS your registration CONFIRMATION. If you receive the Google Checkout receipt you are registered.

 

 

 

5) Do I need a Google email address to make a payment?

No. Stay on the left side of the Google Checkout page, and complete the credit card information. Google will prompt you to create a temporary google account. Easy.

 

6) Do you offer a sibling discount?

YES! We offer a $20 discount for the 2nd and 3rd players from the same family. To pay online, email Vanessa.Beltrame@legendsfc.net for the discount code. You will need this code to get the discount. OR... you can simply download a form for each child and pay with one check.

7) I have a MAC and I am having trouble.

We’re not quite sure why this is, but suggest you try a pc. Sorry about this.

 

8) I am still having trouble with registering/paying online. Who do I contact?
