The U16 Boys Premier team is in Dallas this week, competing in the prestigious Dr. Pepper Dallas Cup. Last year the boys carried off the U15 Championship, beating out a very outstanding team from Frankfurt, Germany. As a result of this Championship and their participation in Dallas Cup 2006, the team has been invited to multiple international tournaments.

"This team is clearly one of the best teams in the country. We are looking forward to another great run in Dallas Cup defending their title," says Billy Bizzaro, Director of Coaching.

Ten of the current team members are participating in the 1991 and 1992 ODP programs including State, Regional, and National Competitions. One player Edson Lemus #19 was at residency with the US U17 National team during the CSL Premier League Season, therefore not available for photo.

This premier team has maintained a high standard right from the start. In 2000, the team began in the U9 Gold bracket with coach Everardo Gallegos and wife Lupe Gallegos as team administrator. Two of the original players, Anthony Gallegos and Edgar Marquez still remain with the team, however the majority of players have been together since 2002.

From 2001-2006 the team has held onto the CSL Gold Bracket Championship with the exception of being a Finalist in 2004. One year the team won ten tournament championships.

Other tournament wins include: 2x League Cup Champions, 2x State Open Cup Finalists, 2x Surf Cup Champions, National Cup State Finalist, Celtic Cup Champions, NHB Champions, Kings Classic Champions, US Club Soccer Region F Champions.
